About the role:
As the Manager of Project Management, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating our team of project managers and ensuring the successful delivery of projects for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the client’s satisfaction.
– Provide guidance and support to project managers to help them succeed in their roles.
– Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may arise.
– Collaborate with clients to understand their project requirements and ensure they are met.
– Continuously improve project management processes and best practices.
To be successful in this role, you should have a friendly and collaborative approach, with strong leadership and communication skills. You should also have a proven track record of successfully delivering projects, along with experience managing a team of project managers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in managing complex projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in budget responsibility and driving results and KPIs.
- Experience in leading project managers, engineers, planners, subcontractors, etc.
- Experience in selecting and managing suppliers and business partners.
