ppThe Heavy Lift Engineering department is responsible for the concept, basic, and detailed engineering for the installation and removal of topsides and jacket structures up to 60,000 tonnes for both oil gas and renewable projects. The department ensures safe and efficient project execution by performing structural design, feasibility studies, material take-offs, procedure development, and offshore engineering support. /p pThe department consists of a multidisciplinary team of Heavy Lift Engineers, Structural Engineers and Project Engineers working together in agile teams. /p pThe Structural Engineering unit designs and validates the structural integrity of all major steel components involved in offshore removal and installation projects. The unit covers both topsides and jackets, including lift points, grillages, and associated components. Currently, the unit is split into two teams: Topsides and Jackets. The new Unit Head will lead the Jackets team. /p pAs a Unit Head – Structural Engineering you will lead a team of nine to twelve Structural Engineers of all levels: Junior, Medior and Senior; specialists as well as principals.
