At Qualinx, you’re not just contributing to a ground‑breaking technology, you’re helping shape a team that’s redefining what it means to work in deep tech. /ph3Job Description /h3pAs a Test Engineer, you will support the development and production release of test solutions for Qualinx products. Working closely with Design, Product Engineering, Reliability, and external manufacturing partners, you will contribute to digital and memory test development activities, product characterization, yield improvement, and production support. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliSupport the development, validation, and release of production test solutions for Qualinx products. /liliSupport in developing and debugging ATE test programs for wafer sort and final test. /liliSupport silicon characterization, correlation, and production qualification activities. /liliAnalyze test results and production data to identify issues and opportunities for yield improvement. /liliWork with Design and Product Engineering teams to investigate test failures and support root cause analysis. /liliContribute to test time optimization and test coverage improvements. /liliSupport OSAT and manufacturing partners during product bring‑up and production ramp. /liliAssist in implementing and validating digital test methodologies, including SCAN, MBIST, JTAG, and Flash testing. /liliDevelop automation scripts and tools to improve test efficiency and data analysis. /liliMaintain test documentation and support continuous improvement of test processes. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Semiconductor Engineering, or a related field. /liliMinimum five years of experience in semiconductor test engineering, product engineering, or a related role. /liliSemiconductor test development and production test flow experience. /liliExperience with semiconductor testing at wafer sort and/or package level. /liliExperience with embedded digital interfaces such as SPI, I2C, UART, SWD, and JTAG. /liliUnderstanding of digital test methodologies, including SCAN, MBIST, JTAG/Boundary Scan, IDDQ and Flash Memory Testing /liliExperience with ATE platforms or test development environments such as NI and Teradyne IG-XL. /liliProgramming or scripting experience in Python, C/C++, MATLAB, or similar languages. /liliUnderstanding of electronics fundamentals and digital circuit operation. /liliStrong analytical and problem‑solving skills. /liliGood communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a diverse cross‑functional team. /liliExperience with NI PXIe, Teradyne J750HD, or UltraFLEX platforms. /li /ulh3Preferred Experience /h3ulliFamiliarity with data analysis tools (e.g MATLAB, JMP, or equivalent). /liliExperience with ATPG and vector conversion flows using tools for production ATE implementation. /liliKnowledge of Design-for-Test (DFT) concepts, including Scan, MBIST, JTAG, Boundary Scan, and ATPG. /liliExperience working with OSATs in NPI and high‑volume manufacturing environments. /liliExposure to WLCSP products, wafer sort, and wafer‑level development and testing methodologies. /liliExperience with test data analysis and yield monitoring tools is preferred. /li /ulh3What's in it for you? /h3pAt Qualinx, we believe that great work starts with a great environment, pioneering technology and a fun dynamic market to address.
