In your role as technial support engineer you will be the first point of contact for our customers in case of any issues with the products they have acquired or in case of questions on the proper usage if the products.
Customer support is also involved in delivering the best possible quality of our products to the customers by testing the products created by the development team, test complete setups before they are shipped to the customers and performing on-site installations
