ph3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDeliver technical projects /li liLead technical projects across product development, product roadmap implementation, customer demonstrations, deployments, system integrations, RD, and partner‑funded initiatives /li liTranslate objectives into clear project scope, activities, milestones, responsibilities, dependencies, and delivery plans /li liAdapt level of involvement to the needs of each project, taking full ownership where required or supporting technical leads and other project owners /li liCoordinate projects involving software, hardware, testing, procurement, integration, and operational deployment /li liMaintain momentum, follow through on commitments, and ensure that actions are completed /li liCoordinate product and prototype development /li liPlan and coordinate internal product and prototype development activities /li liSupport engineering teams in structuring roadmap implementation, development sprints, integration activities, and test cycles /li liMaintain visibility of progress, blockers, technical dependencies, and required decisions /li liEnsure that planning supports engineering execution without introducing unnecessary administrative overhead /li liCoordinate customer deployments and integrations /li liCoordinate technical and non‑technical requirements for customer demonstrations, pilots, integrations, and deployments /li liAlign engineering, operations, hardware, logistics, customers, and external partners around a common delivery plan /li liManage dependencies between internal teams and external integration partners /li liCoordinate preparation, testing, validation, deployment readiness, and follow‑up activities /li liIdentify delivery risks early and drive timely resolution or escalation /li liStrengthen project governance /li liSurface delivery risks, resource constraints, cross‑project dependencies, and decisions requiring leadership intervention /li liTrack actions and ensure that decisions and escalations are followed through /li liHelp clarify project ownership, decision rights, reporting expectations, and escalation paths /li liGive leadership a reliable overview of project status and portfolio health /li liMaintain project visibility and communication /li liMaintain project plans, milestones, risks, decisions, and actions in Notion /li liOrganise and facilitate project meetings, technical syncs, reviews, and stakeholder updates /li liPrepare clear meeting notes, project summaries, status reports, and decision records /li liKeep stakeholders informed without creating unnecessary meetings or reporting /li liConnect engineering, product, operations, commercial teams, leadership, and external stakeholders /li liCoordinate hardware and operational dependencies /li liCoordinate procurement, delivery schedules, availability, and setup of hardware needed for development, testing, demonstrations, and deployments /li liAlign equipment, logistics, test locations, personnel, and external dependencies with project timelines /li liEnsure operational requirements are identified early enough to avoid preventable delivery delays /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liProfessional experience managing technical projects involving software, hardware, engineering, RD, system integration, or technical deployment /li liA completed technical degree, such as Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, Physics, Systems Engineering, or another relevant discipline /li liExperience developing project plans, milestones, dependencies, risk assessments, delivery forecasts, and stakeholder updates /li liExperience coordinating multidisciplinary technical teams and external stakeholders /li liSufficient technical understanding to discuss system development, prototypes, interfaces, integration, testing, validation, and deployment with engineers /li liStrong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to manage several projects and changing priorities simultaneously /li liA proactive and assertive working style. You take initiative, ask for missing information, challenge unclear assumptions, and consistently follow up /li liA self‑starting mindset and the ability to make progress without detailed instruction /li liClear written and verbal communication skills /li liThe ability to translate technical challenges into project, delivery, resource, or stakeholder implications /li liA calm and structured approach when timelines, requirements, or priorities change /li liExperience with project and collaboration tools such as Notion, Jira, Slack, or similar platforms /li liFamiliarity with agile development and project‑management methodologies /li liFluent English, both spoken and written /li liFull‑time availability for 40 hours per week /li liA genuine interest in defence technology, drones, autonomous systems, and their operational applications /li /ul h3Core Competencies /h3 pDemonstrates expertise in managing technical projects involving software, hardware, and system integration, with strong skills in project planning, risk assessment, and stakeholder communication.
