Role Description
We're on the lookout for an experienced Technical Project Lead (32-40 hrs/week) who has a solid technical background, through education and/or experience, and is able to combine this with top-notch project management skills. Alternatively, we're all ears for candidates with a strong technical background who are ready to spread their wings, pick up the management-gauntlet and take their career to another level, but haven't done so yet.
As a technical project leader, you're the linchpin between the Dot Robot engineers, clients and partners. By successfully planning, coordinating, monitoring, and executing projects, you're able to build the best drive solution for industrial machines, electric vehicles, and robots. With your talent for organization and structure, you are able to foster creativity and innovation, allowing these core assets of Dot Robot to thrive, while actively engaging in projects and solving any hiccups and issues. And yes, being able to speak fluently in both English and Dutch (speaking and writing) is a must.
Last but not least: technical marketing and sales would be part of your responsibilities as well. It would be great if you are not only able to manage existing projects, but are also keen to identify and shape new opportunities. As a trusted advisor to clients, up- and cross sell opportunities will arise; engaging in marketing activities online and offline (e.g. at trade fairs) will enable you to engage with future clients as well.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in Technical Project Leadership and Project Management, with experience in leading cross-functional technical teams effectively.
- Proficiency in Product Development processes, including planning, prototyping, and iterative improvement.
- Experience in Software Development, including design, coding, and implementation of software systems.
- Knowledge and expertise in Testing, ensuring quality assurance and error-free product deployment.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to align technical goals with business objectives.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- We expect you to have a minimum of 5 years of working experience, since the role would require you to comfortably operate in a senior management environment.
