Your team acts as the bProduct Owners /b for various development projects, ensuring that what we build in the lab translates into value for our global customers. /p pYou aren't just managing a team; you are an ambassador for our technology—bridging the gap between hardware engineering, software development, and the scientific community. /p h3bWhat you will do /b /h3 ul lipbLead Mentor: /b Manage a team of specialists focused on breaking down complex quantum use cases into actionable user stories and compelling tutorials. /p /li lipbOrchestrate the Chaos: /b Use metrics to triage resources and prioritize workflows, ensuring the team stays agile and focused on the highest-impact tasks. /p /li lipbStakeholder Management: /b Act as the operational nexus between senior leadership, external partners, and internal RD teams to optimize resource allocation. /p /li lipbTechnical Stewardship: /b Act as the final Release Manager for all user-facing documentation and continuously improve our testing lab infrastructure to ensure we stay “future-ready.” /p /li lipbCulture Carrier: /b Translate Qblox values into day-to-day activities, fostering an inclusive environment where knowledge exchange is the default. /p /li /ul h3bEnough about us, what about you? /b /h3 pTo thrive in this role, you likely possess a “first-principles” mindset and a rare blend of scientific depth and leadership discipline. /p ul lipbThe Background: /b An MSc or PhD in Physics (or a related field). Ideally, you have a broad curiosity across multiple qubit modalities (Spin, Superconducting, Optical, etc.). /p /li lipbThe Leadership: /b Proven experience mentoring individuals and leading teams. You know how to conduct a performance review that actually inspires growth. /p /li lipbThe Method: /b Experience working in an bAgile environment /b, specifically in a bProduct Owner /b capacity. /p /li lipbThe Communication: /b You can explain a complex RF bottleneck to a salesperson and a strategic roadmap to a scientist without losing anyone in translation. /p /li /ul ul liA drive to stay current with scientific literature—you actually enjoy reading the latest from ArXiv. /li liExperience working across time zones and cultural boundaries (we are a very international bunch). /li liAn enthusiasm for early-stage technical discussions with global partners. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
