Then keep reading to find out whether this role is a good fit for you! /p pThe primary purpose of the bTeam Lead OSP Production /b is to manage and support the employees within the OSP Production department. You focus on delivering high‑quality products within the agreed timelines. You train employees and document the working methods. In addition, you bring forward ideas to improve and simplify the production process without compromising quality, using Lean Manufacturing principles. You also take appropriate action whenever deviations occur. Finally, you maintain close contact with the OSP Production Support department and the warehouse. /p h3Key tasks and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: /h3 ul liInstructing and training employees within the OSP Production department. /li liEnsuring progress of all ongoing orders for standard products during the production phase /li liConducting regular discussions with employees regarding personal development. /li liParticipating in product development teams for products already released to market. /li liPerforming representative sampling and inspections during the production process. /li liContributing to the determination of production times. /li liInspecting incoming products to ensure they meet required specifications based on drawings, bills of materials, or other provided instructions. /li /ul h3Knowledge, Skills and Experience /h3 ul liMBO-level education in Electrical Engineering. /li liBasic knowledge of electrical engineering/electronics/mechanical engineering. /li liSeveral years of experience in a similar production environment. /li liSolid knowledge of product configurations. /li liFlexibility and perseverance. /li liStrong command of the English language. /li liKnowledge of soldering. /li liGood understanding of ESD‑safe working practices. /li /ul h3About us /h3 pWith a firm belief that every person and community should have access to the best possible care, Getinge provides hospitals and life science institutions with products and solutions aiming to improve clinical results and optimize workflows.
