You will bridge the gap between technical coaching and setting clear goals, organizing the schedule, and helping your team grow. You will report directly to the Department Head and work closely with Production, Engineering, and Planning to keep projects running smoothly. /p h3What You'll Do /h3 ul liDaily Hands-on Support: Help your team with the daily workload. This includes soldering, assembling, testing, and calibrating electronic parts for our radar systems. /li liTeam Leadership: Assign daily tasks, set clear goals, and keep the workflow smooth for your team of 4. /li liPlanning Scheduling: Assign tasks and organize work schedules. Handle timesheet approvals and manage leave requests to keep the workflow smooth. /li liCoach Support: Help your team members grow their skills and offer practical support when bottlenecks happen. /li liProcess Improvement: Make sure the team follows quality and safety standards. Spot bottlenecks, suggest better ways of working, and keep daily operations efficient. /li /ul h3What You Bring /h3 ul liMBO4 (or work experience equivalent) in Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related high-tech technical field. /li li3+ years of experience in high-tech manufacturing, assembly, or engineering environments. /li liProven experience leading, coaching, or managing a technical sub-team of 2 to 8 direct reports. /li liStrong hands-on experience with electronics and assembly. /li liFamiliarity with tools like HiBob and Odoo (for scheduling and hours tracking) is a plus. /li liExcellent communication skills with a natural ability to deliver constructive feedback and motivate colleagues. /li liA proactive, down-to-earth mindset. You are a great communicator who knows how to motivate people. /li liFluent English, both spoken and written. /li /ul pN.B. Don't worry if you don't tick every box.
