Become part of the team at Demcon. /ppDemcon high-tech systems is a multidisciplinary development and engineering partner for mechatronic challenges, from concept to realization, in the field of high-tech systems. /ph3What are you going to do? /h3pAs a System Engineer Electronics, you are responsible for the electronics and electrical architecture within projects, from concept to realization. You always work as part of a multidisciplinary team. /ppProjects range from developing products for the semiconductor industry to systems for the aerospace sector. /ppAs a system engineer, you are involved early in the specification and concept phase of a project. This is where your conceptual and analytical skills stand out. You engage with customers and, together with the architect and your team, define system requirements. /ppYou ensure that the resulting architecture within your discipline aligns with the overall system. /ppYou are also primarily responsible for implementing the electronics and electrical designs, while maintaining a strong focus on the integration with embedded software. You guide and support junior colleagues, taking on a coaching role. /ppDuring the detailed design phase, as well as assembly and testing, you monitor all activities related to electronics. You collaborate closely with the rest of the team to realize a system that can be built and verified. /ppInterfaces between mechanics, embedded software, and electronics play a crucial role. Strong communication and teamwork are essential to achieving a high-quality final result. /ph3What do you bring to the table? /h3ulliAt least 5 years of experience in electronic system engineering or a similar role. /liliExperience with requirements definition and system architecture development. /liliExperience with detailed hardware design (including schematic capture and PCBA design) and embedded software development. /liliExperience with system integration, verification, and validation. /liliExperience in writing and maintaining technical documentation, such as requirements, design specifications, test plans, and reports. /liliStrong communication skills to work effectively in a multidisciplinary environment. /li /ulh3What do we offer you? /h3pAt Demcon we have a ‘flat’ organization where people can easily find and help each other.
