As a Software Architect, you design and define architecture for high-tech products and machines.
In this role, you will work on the architecture of complex technical systems in domains such as semiconductors, medical equipment and industrial automation, to support our customers in the Randstad area and beyond, with smart, sustainable, and reliable software solutions. Your software expertise plays a vital role in bringing these high-tech solutions to life.

Analyzing existing codebases and software architectures across multiple systems
Designing a modular and reusable architecture with software building blocks
Making key decisions on software vs. hardware implementation of functionality
Defining system and software requirements in collaboration with stakeholders
Translating complex requirements into a clear, component-based architecture
Drafting a migration plan to move legacy code to the new architecture
Coaching and guiding development teams during the implementation phase

Your future workplace
This is what you bring to the table
A Bachelor or Master`s Degree in Computer Science, Embedded Systems, or Technical Informatics
Solid experience in software architecture and component-based development
Knowledge of architectural patterns, requirements engineering, and OO design
Hands-on experience with C#, Python, Java, Angular, JavaScript
Familiarity with interfacing software and hardware, including PLCs
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
Fluent in English and Dutch; German is a strong plus
