Senior Validation Engineer
Location: Netherlands
An exciting new opportunity has opened for a Senior Validation Engineer to join a growing semiconductor company in the Netherlands. As Senior Validation Engineer, you will play a key role in validating advanced silicon and hardware platforms, working closely with design and system teams to ensure performance meets specification. The role of Senior Validation Engineer will involve developing validation strategies, executing detailed lab measurements, and supporting the successful bring-up of new devices.
What you'll do:
Develop and execute validation plans for silicon and system-level performance.
Perform laboratory measurements and characterisation using industry-standard test equipment.
Analyse validation data and collaborate with design teams to investigate and resolve technical issues.
Support bring-up activities for new silicon and hardware platforms.
Contribute to test automation and improvements in validation processes and methodologies.
What we're looking for:
A degree in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related discipline.
Experience with semiconductor validation, hardware testing, or electronic system characterisation.
Familiarity with laboratory equipment such as oscilloscopes, signal generators, and spectrum analysers.
Strong analytical and debugging skills.
Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary engineering teams.
