Working in a multidisciplinary innovation team, you’ll drive projects that transform raw sensor data and simulation outputs into meaningful, actionable software products. /p pYou will guide a team of engineers in architecting reliable, scalable, and user‑centric solutions—from real‑time monitoring and operational dashboards to bespoke engineering tools and automation systems. Your leadership will be key in aligning software development with broader engineering goals, ensuring a seamless bridge between mechanical complexity and digital intelligence. /p pTo be successful in this role you are solution‑minded, resourceful and you have the ability to work independently, taking ownership of assigned responsibilities.
