The project management role reports to the Project Management Lead who reports to the Operations Director. /p pYour responsibilities include: /p ul liIndependently plan and manage key projects to completion – these will typically be projects which are highly technical and for key international customers. /li liResponsible for delivery of multiple security evaluation projects within time and budget and at the required quality level. /li liPrepare project status reports and conduct meetings on progress, risks, issues, and recommended solutions. /li liManage project risk. /li liHandling customer communication during the project execution. /li liManage relationship with project stakeholders (internal and external), e.g., customer and Keysight Riscure technical teams, management teams, sales team. /li liDevelopment and review of project proposals in collaboration with the commercial team. /li liIn collaboration with other project managers, handle the planning of resources. /li liCollect and implement lessons learnt. /li liCoaching security analyst teams in the right direction and ensuring that the right security evaluation tasks are performed within time. /li liDealing with escalations and managing them to suitable outcome for both Keysight Riscure and our customers. /li liTimely management of administrative tasks related to project execution. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liYou are a team player. /li liYou have ownership, leadership, and proactiveness. /li liYou are organized, structured, and able to multitask. /li liYou are team and relationship builder. /li liAble to communicate effectively with management and highly technical colleagues. /li liRealizing structural improvements to a company’s processes and approaches and achieving operational objectives. /li li3-5 years experience in project management roles in service oriented businesses. /li liExperience in leading projects with a team of academic engineers. /li liFluent in English (written and spoken). /li liExcellent communication skills. /li liFocus on results and customer satisfaction. /li liGood at resolving challenging project situations. /li liCommitment and a pro-active attitude. /li li(Plus) Experience with (one of) the security certification schemes like (EU) Common Criteria (PP0084, PP0117), EMVCo, and GlobalPlatform. /li /ul pCareers Privacy Statement /p pbKeysight is an Equal Opportunity Employer. /b /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
