pA Senior Communications Systems Engineer – PHY / MAC is sought by this leader in emerging wireless / IoT communications. Based at their R+D Centre in Delft the Senior Communications Systems Engineer – PHY / MAC will be responsible for the design and development of next generation advanced communication systems (Bluetooth / BLE) focusing on bandwidth, latency and power efficiency. The Senior Communications Systems Engineer – PHY / MAC will also be responsible for developing innovative algorithms to address systems level problems and for analysing emerging standard requirements (BLE, LTE LoRa, etc.) for next generation development. /ppYou will be an experienced Senior Communications Systems Engineer with a deep knowledge of DSP and PHY layer components (modulation / demodulation, filtering, channel estimation etc.) and strong Matlab and C/C++ programming skills. You will have a solid track record of working at PHY / MAC layer relating to some of the following: BLE, NB-IoT, LTE, LoRa, IEEE 802.11 coupled with some exposure to working with RTL, fixed point calculations or FPGA / ASIC implementation in a communication systems environment. /ppThe successful candidate will find themselves in a very positive work environment with on-going career and personal development opportunities.
