We'd love to have you! /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul lip Performing detailed transistor-level circuit design, including design capture, simulation, layout design, layout guidance, and design documentation. /p /li lip Designing and developing system architecture for ultra-low-power Analog applications. Translating system-level requirements to block-level specifications. Participating in system-level modelling and simulation design activities. /p /li lip Perform advanced circuit simulations and ensure designs meet specifications for power, performance, and reliability. /p /li lip Supervise and guide layout engineers to achieve optimal layout for performance, parasitic, and manufacturability. /p /li lip Conduct post-layout simulations and validate circuit performance against specifications. /p /li lip Lead and participate in design reviews, providing expert feedback to improve designs and processes. /p /li lip Collaborate with test engineers to define test plans and provide support for silicon validation in the lab. /p /li lip Mentor junior designers, sharing technical knowledge and best practices. /p /li lip Drive innovation by exploring new design methodologies, process technologies, and tools. /p /li lip Ensure documentation of all design activities, processes, and results for internal and external stakeholders. /p /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 h3Must haves /h3 pQualinx is looking for a result-driven and conscientious analog/mixed-signal IC design engineer. Someone who thrives in an environment where your proactive and can-do attitude is highly appreciated. The ideal candidate for this role must have: /p ul lip Master with +7 years’s experience or Ph.D. with +5 years’s experience in Analog and RF IC design (PLL, ADC, LNA, DAC, High Speed PHYs) Design, Verification and Layout. /p /li lip Confirmed experience in Low power design techniques for Wireless products. /p /li lip Well experienced in Analog circuit design subject to one or more of the following blocks: VGA, Gm-C and RC filter, Opamp, band-gap reference, and passive RF components. /p /li lip Well-experienced in Analog/Mixed-Signal design for circuits and systems such as ADC, and discrete-time switched-cap filters. /p /li lip Expert in aspects of physical design and verification including LVS, DRC, Density, RDL, DFM, Antenna fixes, ESD, signal integrity, and electro-migration. /p /li lip Knowledgeable in modelling analog circuits and hardware description languages such as Verilog-A. /p /li lip Proven track record of successful tape-outs and silicon validation. /p /li lip Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills. /p /li lip Good communication, reporting, and presentation skills in English. /p /li /ul h3Nice to haves /h3 ul lip Knowledge of industry standards such as Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, NB-IoT, or other wireless protocols. /p /li lip Strong understanding of lab equipment for validation. /p /li lip Patents or publications in the field of analog/RF design are a plus. /p /li /ul h3What's in it for you? /h3 pAt Qualinx, we believe that great work starts with a great environment, pioneering technology and a fun dynamic market to address.
