ppThe System AIT team at ISISPACE specializes in the the assembly, integration, testing, and verification of satellites and their subsystems. To streamline operations, monitoring, and testing automation, the team uses an in-house developed central software suite. This software integrates with a wide range of equipment, enabling the simulation of operational scenarios, real-time telemetry processing, and command execution.br/ /p pWe are seeking a Software Engineer to take ownership of this software, maintaining and enhancing it to support both current and next-generation satellite system testing. The goal is to develop a highly adaptable software suite capable of automating a broad spectrum of test cases. /p h3Your main responsibilities: /h3 ul lipEnhance and expand the functionality of the existing software to support both current and next-generation satellite platforms. /p /li lipTake ownership of the software, gradually becoming its primary maintainer and product owner. /p /li lipDevelop and implement automation features to streamline the production and testing of satellites and subsystems. /p /li lipSupport satellite test campaigns, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. /p /li lipProvide assistance to internal and external users of the software suite, ensuring optimal utilization and troubleshooting. /p /li /ul br/ ul lipDegree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. /p /li lip3-5 years of proven experience with software development in Python. /p /li lipPractical, hands-on experience with CAN-TS, UART, and I2C protocols. /p /li lipEnergetic team player with a positive, open mindset and excellent English communication skills. /p /li lipStrong sense of responsibility, commitment, and a solution-driven work ethic. /p /li /ul h3Nice to haves (any of): /h3 ul lipExperience with satellite operational concepts or embedded system development. /p /li lipExperience with C, C++, or Rust for software development. /p /li lipExperience with GUI development in Python (preferably Qt). /p /li lipKnowledge of network concepts, programming, or databases (relational/time-series). /p /li lipFamiliarity with version control (Git) and issue tracking systems (GitLab). /p /li lipInterest in the space industry and ability to write technical documentation. /p /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
