As Recruiter Benelux at Louvre Hotels Group, you’ll have the freedom to do just that. You’ll be part of our European HR team and report to the HR Manager Benelux & Italy, working hand in hand with our General Managers across the Netherlands and Belgium.
Together, you’ll attract the best talent to our hotels and make sure every new hire feels the warmth of our brand from the very first hello.

What You’ll Do
- Own the full recruitment cycle from job intake and sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for every candidate.
- Partner closely with General Managers, maintaining regular touchpoints (weekly or bi-weekly, on-site and via Teams) to align on hiring needs and progress.
- Create and deliver a clear Recruitment action plan, setting timelines, priorities, and measurable goals.
- Be the ambassador of our recruitment process, managing all vacancies and candidate pipelines in SmartRecruiters, and ensuring every touchpoint reflects our brand.
- Boost our employer branding, by creating and posting engaging content on LinkedIn and other channels.
- Promote our company culture by sharing authentic stories, team moments, and open roles in creative ways.
- Communicate clearly and consistently with all stakeholders, keeping everyone informed and engaged.
- Track and analyse recruitment KPIs (like time-to-hire and candidate flow), reporting weekly and suggesting improvements where needed.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
- 0- 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within hospitality or retail.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Dutch.
- A strong sense of ownership, structure, and reliability, you get things done on time.
- A proactive, people-focused mindset, with the ability to build great relationships with hotel teams.
- Creativity and enthusiasm for employer branding and social media engagement.
- A self-starter attitude, you enjoy working independently, but thrive on collaboration too.
