ppWe are currently looking for an experienced Projects Buyer with strong negotiation and technical skills to join our multi-disciplinary Procurement – Projects Team in Delft. /ppProcurement – Projects Team is responsible for products and services for the projects executed globally. Team handles requisitions from various units, sources suppliers, and sends out requests for quotes (RFQs). In addition, team ensures the timely placement of orders; focusing on optimizing operational efficiency, minimizing costs and ensuring that procurement decisions align with cost-control objectives. /ph3Your role /h3pYou will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing materials, goods and services across multiple categories to support our commercial Projects globally. Key tasks include evaluating supplier bids, negotiating terms, and selecting the best offers. /ppSuccessful candidates should have the ability to successfully multi-task, possess strong negotiation and communication skills, able to use his/her experience in a lead position and be comfortable and experienced working in a fast moving and high-paced environment. We are looking for someone who will be keen to develop and grow within the role and organisation to take on additional challenges and responsibilities. /ph3Job Specific tasks /h3ulliManage, monitor and process purchase order administration /liliLiaise with internal clients to compile requirements for sourcing of materials and services /liliReview internal requisitions and check correctness (incl. all required back up correspondence) /liliIssue RFQ/RFPs and evaluate quotations /liliNegotiate bids and quotations /liliPlace POs per Allseas standard (incl.
