The Production Team Lead is responsible for leading a team of operators to deliver products on time while meeting quality standards. The successful candidate will guide the team to implement compliant standard operating procedures, drive SQDIP metrics using enterprise system tools, and promote continuous process improvements via Kaizens.
This position is located on-site at our production facility in Delft (Netherlands).
In this role, a typical day will include:
- Driving technical and disciplinary leadership across production cells, including resource planning
- Building and developing teams of 8-10 associates to improve processes
- Monitoring metrics during daily management meetings to ensure on-time delivery
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet KPIs
- Applying lean principles for continuous improvement, including daily management, problem solving, standard work, and 5S via Kaizens
The essential requirements include:
- Studies as an electronics/electrical technician with knowledge of joining techniques such as gluing, screwing, and soldering
- Extensive professional experience in a production environment
- Leadership experience
- Proficiency in ERP systems
- Fluency in English and conversational Dutch
