You will work closely with colleagues from Production, Engineering, Work Preparation, Logistics, Project Engineering, and Field Service to ensure our systems are assembled safely, accurately, and to the required quality standards. /p pDepending on your experience and technical capabilities, your responsibilities can range from the assembly and testing of components and modules to taking ownership of complete machine builds, troubleshooting, commissioning, and continuous improvement activities. /p pbKey Focus: /b Assembly / Testing / System Integration / Troubleshooting / Commissioning / Process Improvementbr/bDepartment: /b Productionbr/bLevel: /b Junior / Medior / Seniorbr/bTime Commitment: /b Fulltimebr/bLocation: /b Delft /p h3Your Key Activities: /h3 ul libProduction Assembly /b ul liAssembles electro‑mechanical components, modules, subassemblies, and systems according to technical drawings, work instructions, and specifications. /li liPerforms assembly activities safely, accurately, and efficiently while adhering to established quality standards. /li liVerifies the quality and completeness of assembled components and systems. /li liIdentifies, reports, and where appropriate resolves deviations, defects, or technical issues during assembly activities. /li liMaintains a clean, organized, and professional working environment. /li /ul /li libSystem Integration Testing /b ul liSupports and/or performs the integration of modules and complete 3D printing systems. /li liExecutes functional testing and system verification activities. /li liSupports and/or performs Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and commissioning activities. /li liDocuments test results, observations, and technical findings. /li liTakes ownership of assigned assemblies and systems to ensure readiness for handover. /li /ul /li libTroubleshooting Commissioning /b ul liAssists with and/or independently performs commissioning and startup activities of printing systems, depending on experience and demonstrated competencies. /li liTroubleshoots mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and operational issues. /li liSupports root‑cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions. /li liCollaborates with Engineering, Production, and Field Service to resolve technical challenges effectively. /li /ul /li libLogistics System Preparation /b ul liPrepares components, assemblies, and systems for shipment, transport, installation, or commissioning /li liSupports packaging, handling, and preservation activities according to quality and safety requirements. /li liEnsures tools, materials, work orders, and workspaces are properly organized and maintained. /li /ul /li libContinuous Improvement /b ul liContributes ideas to improve production processes, efficiency, safety, and quality. /li liProvides feedback on work instructions, assembly procedures, and technical documentation. /li liSupports standardization and process optimization initiatives. /li liActively participates in improvement projects and operational excellence initiatives. /li liContinuously develops technical knowledge, product knowledge, and practical skills. /li /ul /li libCollaboration Communication /b ul liCollaborates effectively with Production, Logistics, Engineering, Work Preparation, Project Engineering, and Field Service. /li liCommunicates technical issues, progress clearly within the team. /li liContributes to a positive, professional, and team-oriented working environment. /li liCommunicates identified risks, and improvement opportunities clearly when knowledge and experience allow. /li /ul /li /ul h3Your Profile: /h3 ul liMBO+ level of working and thinking in a technical discipline, such as Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable technical field. /li liHands‑on technical mindset and a genuine interest in machine building and innovative technologies. /li liExperience working with a range of assembly tools and hand tools. /li liAffinity with electro‑mechanical systems and technical production environments. /li liAble to read and work with technical drawings, digital work instructions, and technical documentation. /li liWorks safely, responsibly, and accurately, with strong attention to detail.
