About the role

To strengthen our Digital Product team we are looking for a Product Specialist for our treasury capability.

As a Product Specialist in the Digital Product Area you support several solutions and their users with administrative tasks, trainings and developments. Your main stakeholders will be Digital Product Leaders, business process owners, and (super)users within the total Inter IKEA landscape.

In the role you will mainly work within the treasury management solutions. The major business solution you will be working with is FIS Quantum.

Things you can expect to do in this role, but not limited to:

· Be the solution expert in operational matters for the assigned business solutions

· Provide functional user and incident resolution support for the assigned business solutions

· Analyze and separate incidents from problems and be part of the solution

· Perform administrative tasks, like creation of new user accounts, providing user grants etc.

· Create and maintain How-to guides and other training materials

· Responsible for training the users, both online and face-to-face meetings

· Support change requests for the assigned business solutions

· Solution testing and validate new functionalities

· Responsible to keep the communication material to end users up to date

· Develop learning & communication content (e.g. release notes)

· Troubleshoot and diagnose potential issues
