Product Owner
Within OTi&T, there is a need to better organize the Security and Architecture teams, increase their focus on delivering outcomes, and assess whether an Agile way of working is suitable.
The assignment includes coaching and support for two teams:
– OTi&T Security Team (approximately 6 FTE)
– OTi&T Architecture Team (approximately 5 FTE)
Start: asap
Contract: Freelance
Duration: min. 4 months
Location: Delft
Work type: Hybrid (2 d/w onsite, rest remote)
Objective of the Assignment:
– Implement and pilot a practical Agile way of working for both teams
– Create structure, transparency, and output-driven management
– Deliver a well-founded Go/No-Go decision document for continuation
Goals:
– Both teams have a functioning backlog in Azure DevOps
– The Agile way of working is actively applied
– Work becomes more transparent and better managed
– Teams become more output-driven
– Management receives a well-supported decision document
Responsibilities:
– Ensuring the quality and usability of the Agile approach
– Actively coaching the teams
– Ensuring knowledge transfer and handover to the organization
Requirements (has experience with):
– Agile transformations and team coaching
– Product Owner and Agile coaching roles
– Azure DevOps
– Working in complex OT, infrastructure, and security environments
