Do you enjoy combining technology, training and client advice? And are you just as comfortable speaking in front of a group as you are working with a client to find a solution? /p pThen we're looking for you as a Senior Product Consultant at XVR, part of LearnPro Group. /p pAs a Product Consultant, you'll be a product specialist, adviser and trainer all rolled into one. You'll guide clients through their whole journey with us, from a strong first product demonstration through to onboarding, training and making a success of the XVR simulation platform. /p pbWhat will you be doing? /b /p ul liGet to know each prospect's sector, use case and way of working, and turn their needs into XVR applications. /li liDesign and deliver product demonstrations built around what each client actually needs, rather than following a set script. /li liSupport the Sales team as the product expert in client meetings, and answer detailed product and technical questions with confidence. /li liBuild up and maintain a library of demo scenarios and environments, and keep demo and tutorial videos up to date. /li liAttend client events and trade fairs. /li liCo-ordinate bespoke projects for scenarios and virtual environments. /li liWork closely with Sales, Support and the 3D team. /li liOnboard, train and advise new clients, including face-to-face adoption training that fits their sector and size. /li liIntroduce clients to the XVR community website, support centre, monthly webinars, User Group Meeting and training workshops. /li liStay in regular contact with clients: quarterly check-ins with new clients, and a yearly health check with existing clients. This keeps XVR part of their everyday training. /li liBrief clients on new releases and run refresher training, in person or online. /li liCoordinate bespoke scenario and virtual environment projects delivered by our 3D team. /li liSpot where clients could get more out of XVR and share those opportunities with Sales. /li /ul pAcross the role /p ul liDeliver workshops and webinars, and attend client events and trade fairs. /li liPass on what you learn from clients to our Product and Sales teams to help shape what comes next. /li liKeep clear records of client contact and check-ins. /li liWork closely with Sales, Support and the 3D team. /li /ul pbWho are we looking for? /b /p pYou're client-focused, a strong communicator and proactive. You listen well, ask the right questions, and can explain complex possibilities clearly and with enthusiasm. /p pYou must have: /p ul liA higher vocational education (HBO) level of working and thinking, or equivalent. /li liExperience as a consultant, trainer, product consultant or similar, ideally in software, simulation or learning technology. /li liExperience giving presentations, training sessions and software demonstrations, ideally tailored to each client's needs. /li liExperience of project-based work, including coordinating work delivered by a specialist team. /li liStrong organisational skills, so you can manage a varied group of clients at different stages. /li liA commercial mindset combined with a real focus on client success. /li liGood spoken and written Dutch and English. /li liGerman, or a willingness to learn it (a plus). /li liWillingness to travel regularly, both nationally and internationally. /li liAn interest in virtual reality, simulation and serious gaming. /li /ul pAdvantageous: /p ul liExperience in the fire service, police, ambulance service or other emergency services, or in public sector training more widely. /li /ul pbWhat do we offer? /b /p pA varied role in an international software organisation where technology and the world of emergency services come together.
