About This Vacancy
Key role in shaping products and systems that are built to the highest standards of safety, reliability, and performance. You ensure that every design—from complex systems to the supporting electronics and control software—meets its intended goals and is ready for real‑world use.
Throughout each project, you guide teams and partners in working with the right procedures, materials, and processes. You make sure that inspections are completed on time and that all documentation is clear, accurate, and easy to work with. Your eye for detail and structure helps keep every project running smoothly.
When challenges or deviations arise, you lead the way in resolving them. You coordinate reporting, engage with stakeholders, and steer the process toward well‑considered, effective solutions. You think ahead—spotting risks early and finding smart, cost‑efficient ways to prevent issues before they impact quality.
What We Expect From You
In addition to holding a completed Master degree (WO), for example in Mechanical- or Aerospace Engineering, and having at least 5 years of relevant experience within a quality related position (preferably within the space or High‑tech industry) and currently living in The Netherlands, you also possess the following qualities:
- Proactive mindset – You take initiative, work independently and you’re able to work in a fast‑paced environment;
- Strong communication skills – You can clearly and effectively communicate in both Dutch and English, whether you're speaking with direct colleagues or with your suppliers;
- Entrepreneurial and creative – You don't just focus on your own tasks but consider the bigger picture, always looking for ways to improve processes and outcomes.
- Appreciation for variety – You enjoy working on diverse projects and actively seek out technical challenges rather than avoiding them.
