Overview

At Delft Circuits , we develop and manufacture high-performance cryogenic cabling solutions for quantum computing systems . Our flagship Cri/oFlex® platform enables reliable signal transfer between room temperature and cryogenic environments. We are looking for a Quality Owner who will be the technical owner of product quality within Industrialization & Quality. In this role, you translate product and customer requirements into clear, measurable QC pass/fail criteria, interpret complex RF, cryogenic, and high-frequency measurements , evaluate deviations, and take technical responsibility for the final product quality acceptance decision.

Beyond individual measurements, you ensure that quality is scalable and reproducible within systems, including MRP traceability, calibration management, version control of QC criteria, and structured documentation . Your work ensures that quality decisions remain transparent, explainable, and reliable — today and at 10× production volume .

Key responsibilities

  • Define and maintain QC criteria, measurement limits, and technical quality profiles
  • Interpret RF, cryogenic, and high-frequency measurement results and assess deviations
  • Safeguard measurement reliability, repeatability, and calibration management
  • Ensure traceability and version control of quality criteria within systems and documentation
  • Collaborate with Process Development, Product Development, Software (QC automation & data), Manufacturing, and Industrialization teams

What you bring

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience
  • Background in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
  • Experience with complex measurement systems (RF, high-frequency, or cryogenic preferred)
  • Ability to interpret measurement data and translate it into technical quality decisions
  • Experience with SPC, variation analysis, reproducibility, and structured traceability
  • System-oriented thinking and ability to design quality processes that scale with production
  • Professional proficiency in English and Dutch

Bonus

  • Six Sigma training or certification
  • Experience in high-tech or deep-tech manufacturing
  • Experience with data-driven quality or automated measurement systems
