You will define system specifications, lead validation efforts, and ensure seamless integration and optimisation of all technical components. Your work will be essential as we scale to increasingly complex systems and deliver on the promise of quantum computing. /p h3What you'll be doing /h3 ul liPlan and manage the integration of cutting-edge scaling technologies developed by our RD teams into next-generation quantum processors /li liDevelop and coordinate integration test plans with cross-functional teams /li liLead the definition and formalisation of system engineering processes across the organisation /li liEstablish scalable, documented integration procedures to support system growth /li liInvestigate and resolve integration issues and technical anomalies, ensuring alignment with specifications and overall performance targets /li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 ul li8+ years of experience in system engineering for deep-tech or low-volume hardware /li liHands‑on experience with systems exposed to extreme temperature environments (e.g., aerospace, cryogenics, telecommunications, defense) /li liFamiliarity with superconducting technologies /li liA background in quantum physics, microwave/RF/electrical engineering, or a related field (PhD is a plus) /li liExperience with electromagnetism, semiconductor/superconductor chips, or MEMS /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 pAt QuantWare, you’ll be part of a high-performing team of world-class experts in an ambitious, fast-moving environment.
