This organization is focused on advancing innovative timing and signal technologies that enable smaller, more reliable, and more efficient electronic devices across multiple industries.We are seeking a Principal Analog Mixed-Signal Engineer to lead the architecture and development of advanced integrated circuits. In this role, you will drive the design of high-performance analog and mixed-signal circuitry, guide complex chip development projects, and mentor engineering teams to deliver robust and scalable semiconductor solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine architectures for precision analog and mixed-signal circuits used in next-generation semiconductor products.Lead circuit design activities including transistor-level design, simulation, and validation of high-performance analog blocks.Develop solutions that meet demanding specifications related to frequency stability, phase noise, power efficiency, and silicon area.Evaluate technology, architecture, and design trade-offs to achieve optimal circuit performance.Collaborate closely with digital design, systems engineering, CAD, test engineering, and applications teams to deliver fully integrated chip solutions.Implement strong design methodologies and participate in design reviews to ensure high-quality IC development.Supervise and mentor analog circuit designers while supporting the development of high-performing engineering teams.Oversee analog layout activities and review critical physical design blocks.Perform post-layout verification including parasitic extraction and simulations across Process, Voltage, and Temperature (PVT) conditions.Conduct Monte Carlo analysis to validate design robustness and manufacturing yield targets.Support silicon bring-up and validation of prototypes in laboratory environments.Investigate silicon anomalies through structured experiments and root cause analysis, proposing design improvements where necessary.RequirementsMaster’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline (PhD preferred).At least 10 years of experience in high-performance analog or mixed-signal circuit design .Demonstrated experience in circuit architecture development and feasibility analysis.Strong experience designing and simulating analog building blocks and complex mixed-signal circuits.Experience with one or more of the following:ADCs.DACs.PLLs.Temperature sensors.High-speed operational amplifiers.Bandgap reference circuits.Deep understanding of phase noise, power efficiency, device matching, signal integrity, and ESD considerations .Experience performing post-layout simulations, parasitic extraction, and PVT analysis .Experience validating mixed-signal ICs and supporting silicon characterization and production release.Strong leadership experience guiding or mentoring analog design engineers.Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary engineering teams.Experience designing ultra-low jitter and power-efficient fractional-N PLL architectures .Experience leading complex mixed-signal chip development programs.Prior leadership or supervisory experience in analog design teams.Experience working in high-performance semiconductor or timing technology environments.If your experience aligns with the skills and requirements above, we encourage you to apply now or send your CV to #J-18808-Ljbffr
