Responsibilities– Assisting in preparing and handle the monthly payroll process.
– Communication with employees on payroll related queries.
– Prepare payroll GL for monthly payroll postings.
– Prepare payroll salaries and tax payments.
– Processing of vacation and sick days.
– Continuous booking of banks into accounting for multiple entities.
– Ensure that all invoices are properly booked and approved before payment.
– Take care of suspense accounts in multiple entities and handle further recharges if necessary.
– Maintain all vendors in accounting and matching of accounting entries.
– Assist with the preparation of reports and financial statements as needed.
– Processing weekly payments for contractors, overhead and Intercompany.
– Monthly preparation of Intercompany balance statements
Requirements
– Bachelor's degree (Finance related) with 1 – 2 years of relevant working experience.
– Decent Knowledge of Finance software & Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint)
– Some experience with payroll administration is a plus.
– Good command of the English language (written and verbal). Dutch is not required.
– Analytical skills.
