Dit ga je doen As a Operator, you are fully responsible for your own production line within a modern food manufacturing environment. You manage the entire process from start to finish: setting up machines, monitoring performance, and delivering a high-quality end product. You work in a clean, structured facility with clear processes and modern equipment. There are no slaughter processes involved. Everything is focused on efficiency, quality, and food safety. Within this role, you have a high level of independence and ownership, meaning you truly control your line. You work in a fixed 2-shift system: Morning shift: 06:30 to 15:30 Evening shift: 15:30 to 00:30 You receive a 31.5% shift allowance for hours between 18:00 and 06:00. Your responsibilities: Set up, start and change over machines within your production line; Monitorand control the production process to ensure stable output; Performquality checks on products and packaging; Troubleshootand resolve technical issues independently; Identify deviations and take immediate action; Work according to HACCP and safety standards; Contribute to process improvements and optimization. Dit krijg je Salary between €2,740 and €2,909 gross per month (36 hours); Up to €3,600gross per month including shift allowance (40 hours); 31.5% shift allowance for evening and night hours; 25 vacation days and 8.33% holiday allowance; Travel allowance of €0.23 per km (from 10 km one way); Year-end bonus of 3.25%; Pensionscheme according to CAO; Additional allowances for hygiene, cold environments and changing time.
