You team up with internal stakeholders to pinpoint procurement needs, evaluate new vendors, and negotiate solid master agreements. Reporting directly to the Head of Procurement, your role ensures our fast-growing crew has the vital tools they need to build great things. /p h3bWhat you'll do /b /h3 ul lipbSourcing and contract negotiation: /bManage sourcing, RFQs, and contract negotiations for IT, cloud licenses, and laboratory equipment. Draft and secure critical service agreements, NDAs, and software licenses. /p /li lipbTactical and strategic category management: /bBuild an optimized vendor network that meets our business targets. Secure the best cost, high quality, and reliability for our internal operations. /p /li lipbEnd-to-end purchasing operations: /b Oversee purchase orders, resolve supplier non-conformances, and expedite delayed deliveries. Step in to handle critical showstoppers and keep our workflows moving smoothly. /p /li lipbData integrity and performance monitoring: /bMaintain accurate supplier records and lead-time data in our ERP system. Monitor performance metrics to drive continuous improvements across our external supply base. /p /li lipbInternal alignment and process automation: /bProvide clear updates to our cross-functional teams during supplier escalations. Support process automation and the adoption of modern supporting AI tools. /p /li /ul h3bWhat you bring /b /h3 ul lipBA, MSc, or HBO in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field. /p /li lip3-5 years of experience in international procurement. /p /li lipBackground in the Automotive, Aerospace, or Defense sectors. /p /li lipProven experience in non-product-related sourcing and contract management. /p /li lipStrong regulatory knowledge of laboratory, calibration, and software services. /p /li lipHands-on experience working with ERP systems like SAP or Odoo. /p /li lipAdvanced negotiation and cross-functional stakeholder management skills. /p /li lipFluent English communication skills, while basic Dutch is an asset. /p /li lipWilling to travel internationally approx. 20% of the time for supplier visits. /p /li /ul pN.B.
