As a Mechanical Engineer in our RD department, you develop mechanical structures for the next generation of ISISPACE spacecraft and deployers, taking ownership from requirements through design, manufacturing and qualification. /p pWe are looking for a senior‑level engineer (+7 years of experience) who can work autonomously and generate solutions to complex mechanical challenges. /p br/ ul lipDegree in Mechanical Engineering (BEng, BSc or MSc) or equivalent education/practical background. /p /li lipApprox. 7 years of demonstrable experience designing complex mechanical systems to a high standard. /p /li lipSolid understanding of mechanical design techniques and engineering fundamentals. /p /li lipProficiency with CAD tools (preferably Creo). /p /li lipFamiliarity with DfM, DfT and bringing designs towards productisation. /p /li lipExcellent and straightforward communication skills in English, both spoken and written. /p /li lipAn open, creative mindset and the ability to work independently in a small, ambitious RD team. /p /li /ul h3Bonus point if you also bring /h3 ul lipPractical experience in a development plus small‑series production environment. /p /li lipExperience with structural and/or thermal analysis and related tools. /p /li lipFamiliarity with ECSS standards or other space‑industry norms. /p /li lipA strong interest in the wider space industry and satellite applications. /p /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
