Job Description
Context:
In your role as Local Process Owner you will manage projects in Common Sourcing ensuring continuous improvement within the area of Business Processes in a sustainable and efficient way
Key responsibilities:
- Take up project requests and develop projects end to end (from project plan to final approval of deliverable) in the area of processes and business development.
- Analyze, develop and improve business processes. Support all the departments (Commercial, Logistics, QA, IT, and Finance) in process related questions and be the link between end user and process supporting IT solutions.
- Collect & analyze data, identifying process inefficiencies, root causes of defects and areas for improvement.
- Implement process changes, new processes and support the implementation of IT related application changes and updates.
- Document and maintain all process documentation in a standardized way taking into account change requests , new developments and IT tools.
- Support new business activities by designing and implementing workflows.
- Validate measurement systems and monitor results.
- Improving team dynamics and functions using the right facilitation skills..
- Creating communication plans for conveying the right information about each project to the organizational leaders and stakeholders.
- Support in training new employees in business processes and systems
Qualifications
Who are you?
- Fluent in English
- Knowledge of Lean Principles and qualified with Lean Green Belt minimum.
- Strong analytical skills
- Structured and organized
- Excellent in Windows Office applications
- Excellent communication skills
