pWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Recruitment Lead to spearhead our recruitment efforts in the Netherlands. This role is crucial in driving DevOn’s talent acquisition strategy, specifically within the IT domain. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, develop sourcing strategies, and ensure we attract, engage, and hire top-tier IT talent for our growing organization. /ppKey Responsibilities: /pulliLead and manage the full lifecycle of IT recruitment for the Netherlands, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates across technical roles (e.g., software engineers, DevOps, cloud, cybersecurity, and AI specialists). /liliCollaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies. /liliDevelop and maintain a talent pipeline of active and passive candidates through direct sourcing, networking, and employee referrals. /liliOptimize the use of job portals, social media, and professional networks (such as LinkedIn) to attract top talent. /liliManage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors when necessary. /liliConduct interviews and ensure a smooth and efficient candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. /liliLead employer branding initiatives to position DevOn as an employer of choice within the IT industry. /liliTrack and report on recruitment metrics /liliStay informed of industry trends, market conditions, and innovative recruitment practices. /liliManage offer negotiations and oversee the smooth onboarding process in collaboration with the HR team. /li /ulpQualifications: /pulliBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field /lili3+ years of experience in IT recruitment /liliProven experience in recruiting for IT roles, including software development, DevOps, cloud, and consulting roles. /liliStrong understanding of the Dutch labor market and hiring trends. /liliExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. /liliFluent in Dutch and English, both written and verbal. /liliStrong organizational skills and attention to detail. /liliAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. /li /ulpWhat We Offer: /pulliA dynamic and innovative work environment with opportunities for growth and development. /liliCompetitive salary and benefits package. /liliA chance to work with a highly skilled and motivated team focused on delivering cutting-edge IT solutions. /li /ul
