Are you always ready to help others? Does solving problems put a smile on your face? Together with the international Service & Support team, you answer all questions from caregivers and provide essential support to help them take the best possible care of residents. You work with caregivers in Canada, the United States and Germany.

Jouw rol

  • Act as the primary point of contact for caregivers in Canada, the United States and Germany
  • Provide high-touch support via phone and email
  • Dive into technical challenges with empathy and problem-solving skills
  • Check in proactively with caregivers across different time zones
  • Support colleagues in North America and Germany in preparing for location visits
  • Help research local needs and experiment with new support strategies in new markets
  • Identify areas for improvement and help build support processes rather than only following them

  • Enthusiastic, service-oriented and eager to join a positive, hardworking team
  • Strong overview and no request is too big
  • Strong communicator and eager to learn
  • Able to connect easily with caregivers in North America and Germany
  • Go-getter mentality, hands-on and continuously improving
  • Fluent in English and German
  • Dutch is a plus
  • Flexible working hours and willing to work shifts between 08:00 and 21:00

    Wat we bieden

  • 32–40 hours per week
  • Salary of €2.800 to €3.500 based on 40 hours
