Instructional Designer

Responsibilities
- Design product learning resources and training programs.
- Identify and analyse learning needs across departments.
- Develop tailored learning solutions to meet those needs.
- Evaluate and improve the effectiveness of our learning offerings.
- Promote knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
Team
You’ll be part of the international and diverse Product Learning & Enablement (PL&E) team, working closely with writers, translators, product owners, and learning specialists to craft meaningful solutions that help teams thrive.

Qualifications
- Possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Fluent in English and proficient in Dutch.

Benefits
- Gross monthly salary ranging from €3,200 up to €4,200.
- Holiday allowance of 8%.
- Thirteenth‑month bonus.
