Responsibilities

1. Drive Sales Growth

  • Identify new sales opportunities within the Benelux market through proactive outbound and inbound activities such as calls, emails, and lead follow‑ups.

  • Grow business from both new and existing customers through up‑selling and cross‑selling.

  • 2. Manage the Full Sales Cycle

  • Support and coordinate the entire sales cycle, from pre‑sales discussions, complex quoting, demo organisation, closing business, and organising post-sales support.

  • Assist in preparing commercial offers, tender responses, quotes, and order bookings.

  • Maintain accurate customer and sales data within CRM/customer databases.

  • 3. Build and Maintain Customer Relationships

  • Interpret customer needs and develop long‑lasting partnerships by providing strong product knowledge and tailored recommendations for our customers in the Netherlands (and Benelux region).

  • Answer customer queries, provide product/service information, and resolve concerns via phone and email communication.

  • 4. Product & Technical Engagement

  • Qualify customer’s needs, projects.

  • Stay up‑to‑date with product information, competitive offerings, and industry developments.

  • 5. Collaboration with Field Sales & Internal Teams

  • Work closely with assigned Account Managers to support territory planning and customer strategy.

  • Work with internal and external partners to drive business.

  • 6. Administrative & Reporting Duties

  • Handle key administrative tasks including quote preparation, database updates.

  • Continuously research and maintain a database of prospects and new leads.

  • Qualifications

    1. Languages 

  • Native or bilingual proficiency in Dutch.

  • Professional working proficiency in English (written and spoken).

  • 2. Experience & Skills

  • Strong interest in technology, technical sales, and customer engagement.

  • Ability to quickly learn and explain complex technical products and solutions.

  • Excellent communication, organisation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Previous experience in sales, customer-facing roles, or technical support is beneficial but not essential.
