What are you going to do as Hardware Application Engineer

  • Develop FPGA code for prototyping and validating digital (ASIC) functionality
  • Maintain existing FPGA code
  • Design and develop cutting‑edge (uHDI) PCBs
  • Integrate Oldelft ultrasound products into customer systems
  • Develop and implement signal processing and beamforming algorithms
  • Set up, verify, and validate test setups (for R&D and production)
  • Test and validate systems, software, and hardware
  • Prepare technical documentation, specifications, and test plans
  • Coordinate with customers on interfacing and system integration
  • Collaborate with R&D, production, and external suppliers
  • Are you someone with knowledge of

  • FPGA design tools
  • Programming languages such as VHDL, MATLAB
  • Electronics and PCB design
  • Digital system development (FPGA)Ultrasound systems and imaging (preferred)
  • Relevant standards and regulations (IEC 13485) (preferred)
  • Embedded programming (preferred)
  • Good command of the English language
