You will work closely with Finance leadership and collaborate across the organization on topics ranging from process improvement and AI to grants, contracts and international expansion.br/The role is ideal for someone who enjoys learning quickly, taking ownership of new topics and moving comfortably between analysis and execution.br/ /ph3bWhat you’ll be doing /b /h3ullipFinance Projects Improvement /pullipSupport a variety of finance improvement projects across processes, controls, reporting and systems. /p /lilipIdentify opportunities to simplify, automate and improve the way Finance works and reports, including through AI and new technology. /p /lilipTake ownership of cross-functional projects and turn ideas into practical improvements. /p /li /ul /lilipFinance Leadership Support /pullipSupport Finance leadership on strategic, analytical and operational priorities. /p /lilipPrepare analyses, reporting and decision-ready materials. /p /lilipPick up new projects and business questions as priorities evolve. /p /li /ul /lilipGrants Funding /pullipIdentify relevant grants, subsidies and funding opportunities and support the application process. /p /lilipCoordinate applications, financial models, documentation and input from internal and external stakeholders. /p /lilipManage grant administration, reporting requirements and supporting documentation. /p /li /ul /lilipLegal, Compliance Growth /pullipSupport Finance and legal counsel on commercial, compliance and regulatory topics. /p /lilipHelp streamline contract processes, including workflows, templates, approvals and contract administration. /p /lilipSupport new markets, partnerships and initiatives by coordinating relevant finance, tax, legal and compliance requirements. /p /li /ul /lilipExport Regulatory Support /pullipSupport the organization on export controls, sanctions and other requirements related to international activities. /p /lilipHelp assess requirements for new customers, markets, products and transactions. /p /lilipCoordinate external specialist support and help translate advice into clear internal actions. /p /li /ul /li /ulh3bYour Profile /b /h3ullipStrong academic background and a genuine interest in Finance, business and how companies operate. /p /lilipAnalytical, structured and intellectually curious, with the energy to work on many different types of projects. /p /lilipA proactive self-starter who enjoys improving things, learning new topics and taking ownership from analysis through execution. /p /li /ulh3Nice to have: /h3ullipExperience in a finance role within a high-growth technology company. /p /lilipExperience in a deeptech environment (e.g. semiconductors, photonics, quantum technologies, advanced materials, robotics, AI infrastructure, or other RD-intensive businesses) is highly desirable. /p /lilipExperience with Capex heavy companies manufacturing companies (COGS) /p /lilipExperience with ERP systems and leading or participating in ERP implementation and finance transformation projects is a plus. /p /lilipExperience with business intelligence tools is an advantage. /p /li /ulh3bWhat We Offer: /b /h3pAt QuantWare, you’ll be part of a high-performing team of world‑class experts in an ambitious, fast‑moving environment.
