ROLE DESCRIPTION

The person will be on responsible for expanding existing HVAC jointers team, train and qualify them in coordination with Delft and/or Montereau training school.

Will have to manage the team and allocate the resources with an European view of priorities.

The person will be part of our strategy of territorial expansion of our HVAC business supporting the tendering and execution projects on Central and North Europe area, .in particular Germany.

The person should act as supervisor on certain projects

KEY CHALLENGES

Standardize procedures and tools in coordination with HQ directives

Negotiation and management of subcontracting companies whenever is required

Manage trainings for the team on jointing qualification and Safety accreditations

Manage transfer of the team to different locations with all work permits and logistics involved

Project scheduling and resources allocation

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES

Fluent in English and German will highly valuable

Degree in engineering

Proven experience in HVAC installations and/or NWC

Strong interpersonal skills

Team management on project execution environment

Decision making attitude, critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Strong teamwork skills, results oriented and ambitious mindset
