Samsung Electronics Europe Logistics (SELS) is the Central European logistics organization of Samsung Electronics based in Delft, The Netherlands. SELS functions as a logistics and financial control tower within Samsung Europe, with a focused role in logistics & supply chain strategy, innovation and governance. SELS has approximately 200 employees located in the Netherlands and Slovakia.
The Strategy team governs and develops the logistics operations and distribution networks in Europe (central, local) in cooperation with our logistics service providers (4PL, 3PL) for D2C (Direct to Customer) business. By translating voice of customer and biz requirements into best practice logistics solutions, Initiating advanced logistics innovation, and secure operations excellence.
Role and Responsibilities
Our main responsibilities will include:
•Oversee team resources, installation quality, and operational planning to ensure efficiency and meet business objectives;
•Monitor and resolve issues related to daily order generation, warehouse activities, and delivery operations;
•Ensure accurate order tracking and streamline logistics processes;
•Design and manage training programs for installation staff, including regular and supplementary training sessions;
•Create educational content for internal and external stakeholders to enhance operational knowledge;
•Identify and implement customer service (CS) improvements to enhance customer satisfaction;
•Track and manage key performance indicators (KPI’s), including shipment volumes, NPS/OTD, and installation quality improvement (e.g. Smart-Things, HASS, etc.);
•Maintain accurate data reporting and ensure alignment with business goals;

Who we are looking for:
We are searching for a new colleague who has an innovative mindset to improve our Home Delivery services (bulky goods mainly), by bringing new ideas and driving innovation of service quality, enhancing efficiency and creating the best customer service for our end consumers.
Our ideal candidate will suit the following profile:
•Experience in the Benelux area with local regulations (e.g. WEEE, GDPR), ensuring full compliancy in operations and service;
•Experience of operations on Consumer electronics business (Bulky goods) is strongly preferred;
•Various experience in customer satisfaction field;
•Strong communication skills both in Dutch and English;
•Knowledge of Front-end system (Hybris, etc.) & ERP system preferred;
•Passion for delivering high-quality service and driving operational excellence;
•Comfortable working across different cultures;
Furthermore, your approach can be described as flexible and hands-on, which is required in the
dynamic, challenging and high performance work environment which Samsung offers.
