We are currently hiring Dutch and Flemish speaking Customer Experience Specialists to join a premium automotive brand project. This role is ideal for candidates with customer service or sales experience, preferably within luxury or premium brands.

️ For the Dutch role, candidates must be located in Barcelona for the training period.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer experience support for a premium automotive brand.

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and digital channels.

Provide product information and assistance related to vehicles and services.

Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high service quality standards.

Maintain accurate records of interactions in internal systems.

Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements

Native or fluent Dutch or Flemish (depending on the role).

Good level of English for internal communication.

Previous experience in customer service or sales.

Experience within luxury, premium, or automotive brands is highly preferred.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Customer-focused mindset and attention to detail.
Working Conditions
