You fulfill a broad operational role, in which you, as part of the contract management team, are responsible for contract management (orders and cancellations processing), customer master data, and the allocation of incoming payments for different Exact companies.
You will have direct contact and collaborate with the Sr Order Admin team, assisting them with administrative processes and requests. Additionally, you will communicate with the Sales Support team and the Collections team.

You will work in the Order Administration team for various Exact companies, such as Exact MKB Software B.V. (Software Gemak and Accountancy Gemak products), Horeko B.V. (Hospitality software), and Gripp B.V. (Project management software). Currently, the Order Administration is managed by a team of six people, three located in the Netherlands (Utrecht/Delft) and three in Malaysia.
