Work Schedule:
– 24/7 operation, Monday to Sunday (rotative shifts)
– Rotational Shifts:
* 07:00 – 16:00
* 14:00 – 23:00
* 22:30 – 07:30
– Days Off: 2 rotational days per week
Responsibilities:
– Review and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines and local market standards.
– Apply rational decision-making and strong communication skills to handle sensitive content.
– Provide empathetic and professional responses to customer inquiries.
– Manage high-volume queues, especially during promotional seasons.
– Collaborate with colleagues and escalate complex cases when necessary.
– Maintain accurate records and uphold platform integrity.
Requirements:
– Fluency in Dutch and English (verbal and written).
– Strong moderation skills with local market expertise.
– Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
– Ability to cope with workload peaks and rotational shifts.
– Understanding of e-commerce and online platforms.
– Empathy, reliability, and rational decision-making skills.
