Job details
As a Business Manager, will play a pivotal role in driving growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities. You will match our experts and expertise to the needs of our customers, and prospects working in the technology of tomorrow.
This includes business development and customer acquisition, as well as managing our resources busy at our clients’ sites.
What you will do
- You will build and maintain strong relationships with our customers, partners, and future prospects, helping us grow and strengthen our collaborations.
- You will drive lead generation and business development by spotting new opportunities, reaching out to potential clients, and opening doors to new projects and markets.
- You will work closely with our Talent Acquisition team to attract and select the best people for our clients’ needs.
- You will bring valuable market insights and ideas, and help prepare tailored proposals and solutions for our partners.
- You may also help shape our strategic plans by setting targets, sharing forecasts, and keeping everyone updated on your business development activities.
- You will represent us at industry events and networking opportunities, helping spread the word about who we are and what we do.
- You will look after our pool of experts and consultants, making sure you will find projects and assignments that match their skills and help them grow.

Requirements
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree.
- Ideally, you will have experience in business development or account management, preferably in the secondment services or recruitment industry — but we’re open to different paths that have prepared you for this role.
- Great communication skills and a genuine ability to listen to our customers’ needs.
- A collaborative mindset — you’re a team player who’s driven, positive, and always looking for solutions.
- While we don’t believe in multitasking for the sake of it, you’ll feel comfortable juggling different tasks and finding your own way to prioritize them.
- Proficiency in Dutch and English (both written and spoken).
