This position focuses on driving operational excellence through process optimization, billing expertise, and data-driven decision-making. /p pYou will contribute to seamless financial and logistics operations, support system adoption across regional teams, and actively participate in innovation initiatives, including automation and AI-driven improvements. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Support /h3 ul liServe as the first point of contact for all questions from European operations regarding specific processes and the Cello Prime system. /li liLiaise with HQ in Korea to resolve issues faced by European operations. /li liSupport new customer implementation projects during the preparation and stabilization phases. /li liCollaborate with the Billing Specialist team to ensure accurate and timely billing processes aligned with logistics operations. /li /ul h3Process Improvement /h3 ul liTranslate business needs and system requirements into efficient processes /li liManage change initiatives with multiple stakeholders, including clients, operations, IT, and LSPs. /li liStay updated on new processes, IT systems, or industry trends to maintain current knowledge. /li liWork closely with the Billing Specialist to optimize billing workflows and ensure alignment with logistics operations. /li /ul h3Analytics /h3 ul liLeverage analytics skills to analyze logistics and billing data for insights into operational performance. /li liIdentify opportunities for automation and AI integration in logistics and billing processes. /li liMonitor the impact of AI and automation initiatives on logistics operations and billing accuracy. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 pWe are looking for a proactive and analytical professional with a passion for process improvement and innovation. /p ul liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field. /li liExperience working with logistics systems such as ERP, TMS, or WMS is an advantage. /li liStrong problem-solving skills with a focus on efficiency and cost optimization. /li liHigh attention to detail with strong organizational and planning abilities. /li liAbility to adapt in a fast-paced, high-volume, and changing environment. /li liProfessional, collaborative, and supportive approach to teamwork. /li liAdvanced MS Office skills (Excel proficiency strongly preferred). /li liWillingnessto travel up to 10%. /li /ul h3What we offer /h3 pWe offer a competitive package designed to support your professional and personal growth, including: /p ul liCompetitive salary aligned with your experience. /li liAttractive bonus paid two times per year. /li liFully covered healthcare insurance (~€180 net / €300 gross per month) /li liPension plan with Be Frank /li liInternational and Korean lunch at RHQ is offered at a significantly reduced rate. /li liContribution to your fitness subscription. /li liBike plan. /li li25 days of holidays (excluding public holidays) with the option to buy 5 more. /li liTrainings and digital learning opportunities and much more! /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
