Role Summary

The Business Analyst (Billing Support, Innovation & Analytics) plays a key role in overseeing and enhancing operations across Europe that utilize the Cello Prime Logistics Platform. This position focuses on driving operational excellence through process optimization, billing expertise, and data-driven decision-making.

You will contribute to seamless financial and logistics operations, support system adoption across regional teams, and actively participate in innovation initiatives, including automation and AI-driven improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Support

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all questions from European operations regarding specific processes and the Cello Prime system.
  • Liaise with HQ in Korea to resolve issues faced by European operations.
  • Support new customer implementation projects during the preparation and stabilization phases.
  • Collaborate with the Billing Specialist team to ensure accurate and timely billing processes aligned with logistics operations.

Process Improvement

  • Translate business needs and system requirements into efficient processes
  • Manage change initiatives with multiple stakeholders, including clients, operations, IT, and LSPs.
  • Stay updated on new processes, IT systems, or industry trends to maintain current knowledge.
  • Work closely with the Billing Specialist to optimize billing workflows and ensure alignment with logistics operations.

Analytics

  • Leverage analytics skills to analyze logistics and billing data for insights into operational performance.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and AI integration in logistics and billing processes.
  • Monitor the impact of AI and automation initiatives on logistics operations and billing accuracy.

Requirements

We are looking for a proactive and analytical professional with a passion for process improvement and innovation.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Experience working with logistics systems such as ERP, TMS, or WMS is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on efficiency and cost optimization.
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational and planning abilities.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, high-volume, and changing environment.
  • Professional, collaborative, and supportive approach to teamwork.
  • Advanced MS Office skills (Excel proficiency strongly preferred).
  • Willingnessto travel up to 10%.
