In this role, you will develop data models for pre‑clinical/clinical/RD environments, embedded in data ecosystems, ensuring data quality and regulatory compliance, and their integration across the diverse dsm‑firmenich scientific domains. The ideal candidate has a strong data modelling background, solid understanding of data engineering principles and data management/governance best practices, an affinity for working in multidisciplinary teams, and a passion for data‑driven decision‑making. Experience with clinical trial management systems (e.g. Veeva) is a plus. /liliExperience in pharma, nutrition, biotech, microbiome/omics or RD environments in general. /liliKnowledge of emerging trends and advancements in cloud platforms, data services and integrations is a plus. /liliExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong project management and leadership capabilities.
