At Allseas, we are looking for an Assistant Project Manager (Disposal Contract) to support the execution of disposal contracts within our decommissioning projects. You will become part of the Project Management Department in Delft, where we deliver some of the world’s most advanced offshore construction and decommissioning projects. /p pbAbout the Project Management Department /b /p pOur department is responsible for the safe, compliant and efficient execution of large-scale offshore projects for leading energy companies worldwide. These projects are typically high-value, technically complex and span multiple years. Each project is unique, offering continuous learning opportunities and exposure to innovative engineering and offshore operations. /p h3Your role /h3 pAs Assistant Project Manager (Disposal), you support the Project Manager in coordinating and managing the disposal scope of decommissioning projects. This includes the disposal of offshore structures such as platform topsides and jackets once they have been removed by our vessels. Your focus lies on contract support, coordination of subcontractors, cost control and interface management, ensuring that disposal activities are executed safely, on time and in line with contractual agreements. /p pbWhat you will do /b /p ul liSupport the management of the disposal contract, including scope, planning, costs and reporting /li liAssist in the evaluation, review and administration of disposal-related subcontracts /li liMonitor progress, budgets and forecasts for disposal work packages /li liAct as a linking pin between internal disciplines (engineering, operations, HSE) and external subcontractors /li liSupport supplier coordination and ensure contractual obligations are met /li liContribute to safe execution of disposal operations in line with Allseas’ HSE standards /li liHelp prevent non-conformities related to quality, process and management systems /li liSupport handovers between project phases and assist in documentation control /li liParticipate in load-in and disposal activities, including frequent visits to disposal yards /li /ul h3What we expect from you /h3 pYou are structured, proactive and eager to learn.
