Responsibilities:

In this role you will be responsible for:

– Developing and executing the territory and account sales plan, with autonomy to determine the best way to achieve and exceed the revenue targets
– Managing and growing existing accounts across a variety of industries, while also looking to find new accounts to add to our portfolio
– Engaging with strategic customers and prospects to understand their technical needs, build/strengthen relationships with key customers, and drive revenue growth by positioning Keysight’s hardware, software, and integrated solutions
– Participating in the process of delivering creative solutions for our customers by engaging with our internal technical teams like R&D, application and solution engineers, etc.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications

– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
– Strong sales OR technical experience in electronic measurement and testing systems (e.g., RF, digital, photonics).
– Knowledge and/or hands-on experience of instruments such as spectrum analyzers, VNAs, and oscilloscopes.
– Familiarity with radar, EW systems, telecommunications, digital, and automotive applications.
– Experience using Salesforce CRM and account management methodologies.
– Fluency in English.
– Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the territory.

Preferred Qualifications

– Fluency in Dutch us required. French language is a strong advantage given the multilingual Benelux market.
– Prior experience in complex B2B solution selling or in the defense/automotive R&D sector
